Ryan Hong-Wai Ho is a lecturer at the Centre for
Gaming and Tourism Studies, Macao Polytechnic
University. Prior to his academic career, he held various
positions in gaming and finance. His research interests
include gaming policy and regulation, casino operations,
and human resources in tourism and hospitality. The

Jenny Phillips is an associate professor at the Faculty
of Business and Law of the University of Saint Joseph.
Her research interests include social entrepreneurship,
SMEs, organizational behavior, and the hospitality
industry.
