Four months after its soft opening and a month since launching casino operations, South Korea’s Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort will host an official Grand Opening on 5 March, with Grammy Award-winning band Maroon 5 to headline week-long festivities at INSPIRE Arena.
The company announced overnight that Maroon 5 will perform on 8 and 9 March at the 15,000-seat venue, while top-tier K-pop artists will also take part. Later in the month, international table tennis competition WTT Champions Incheon will showcase 32 world-class players between 27 and 31 March, among them Yubin Shin and Jihee Jeon from Korea, and Fan Zhendong and Sun Yingsha from China.
“It is a thrill to see Mohegan INSPIRE gear up for this grand opening celebration, a testament to the hard work and dedication that has brought us to this moment,” said Mohegan Inspire’s President, Chen Si. “This milestone brings an unparalleled resort experience to visitors of all backgrounds.”
