Bloomberry Resorts Corporation will open its second Solaire integrated resort, Solaire Resort North, in Quezon City in 2023 – bringing a new home of luxury to the Philippines.

Ten years after the opening of Solaire Resort heralded a new era for the Philippines gaming and tourism industries, as the first integrated resort in Manila’s Entertainment City, Bloomberry Resorts Corporation will add its second Solaire property in late 2023 when Solaire Resort North launches in Quezon City.

Set to become the center of attention as the tallest building in the Vertis North area of Quezon City, Solaire Resort North will stand 175.61 meters high with its 45 stories aiming to position it as the most elegant, classic yet contemporary hotel ever designed in the Philippines. The new five-star integrated resort is designed by Aedas Pte Singapore, whose portfolio includes some of the most iconic buildings in Asia, such as the New Huanggang Port in Shenzhen, The Beacon in Hong Kong, Lè Architecture in Taipei and DAMAC Heights in Dubai. The design team is led by Samantha Drummond of Habitus Design Group Inc, whose past work includes Solaire Resort, Entertainment City and Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands.Once complete, Solaire Resort North will feature 526 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, with an average floor space of 42 square meters (guestrooms) and 382 square meters (suites).

Facilities are to include a Sky Bar on the 33rd floor offering expansive views, a total of 11 specially curated restaurants and bars and 13,150 square meters of gaming space.

It will also provide the largest meeting and banqueting facilities in the immediate vicinity, consisting of a 3,183-square meter ballroom and meeting room spaces, while recreational facilities will include an outdoor Olympic size swimming pool, a gym, spa and children’s play area.

“The resort’s prime location luxurious accommodations, variety of entertainment activities and Solaire’s unique hospitality  produce will extremely exceptional stays for all our guests,” says Bloomberry Resorts Corporation’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Thomas Arasi.

“This exciting new addition will strengthen our position as the dominant luxury integrated destination resort group in the Philippines.”
