Wynn Macau Ltd has announced the appointment of Frederic Luvisutto as an executive director with immediate effect as the company continues its recent leadership overhaul.
Luvisutto’s latest appointment comes after he was last month named Chief Operating Officer of both Wynn Macau Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A. following the news that both Wynn Macau Ltd President Ian Michael Coughlan and Wynn Macau Resort COO Ciarán Carruthers will step down from their roles in the coming months. Coughlan will transition to an advisor to the company when his current contract expires in February 2023 while Carruthers will take over as Managing Director and CEO of Australia’s Crown Resorts from October.
Luvisutto, 50, has been COO of Wynn Palace since 2014, tasked with overseeing all operations, including gaming. His extensive career has seen him previously serve as Managing Director of The Star Sydney and Jupiters Resort and Casino – now The Star Gold Coast – as well as holding senior positions at MGM Grand and at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
