Inside Asian Gaming will host the fourth instalment of GAME today, featuring former Chief Operating Officer-Gaming of MGM China, John Shigley, as special guest.

Over the course of 50 minutes from 10am Macau time (7pm in Las Vegas), Shigley will give his take on reading financial accounts published by integrated resort operators, demystifying and explaining concepts such as dividend policies, liquidity, access to capital, debt restructuring, interpreting balance sheets and more. He will also discuss the effects of COVID-19 on finance for the gaming industry.

The online event will comprise a 25-minute interview by IAG’s Vice Chairman and CEO Andrew W Scott, followed by a 25-minute AMA (ask me anything) session during which GAME members will be able to ask Mr Shigley anything they wish.

Questions can be submitted to IAG Managing Editor, Ben Blaschke, before the event via email at [email protected], or during the event by private message to Ben in the Zoom chatbox.

Only GAME members will be able to attend the online interactive event. Industry friends and colleagues can sign up for free at www.iaggame.com.

First announced by IAG in late March, GAME – short for Gaming Asia Mega Experience – is an online interactive business insights platform for the Asian gaming industry.

It provides a variety of interactive and engaging online experiences ranging from interviews with industry heavyweights and keynote speeches to workshops, talks and panel discussions.

For more information on GAME and to join the over 400 current GAME members for free, visit www.iaggame.com.
