The world’s biggest gaming industry trade show, ICE London, kicks off today at ExCeL London.

Now in its eighth year since relocating from its previous Earls Court home to the grand expanses of ExCeL in 2013, ICE London has continued to break records with last year’s edition surpassing 600 exhibitors for the first time, covering 47,500 square meters of exhibition space and welcoming 36,093 visitors – up from 430 exhibitors, 22,500 square meters and 21,336 visitors in 2012.

This year the show, running from Tuesday 4 to Thursday 6 February, will welcome almost 650 exhibitors, including 73 first time exhibitors, showcasing the very latest in both the land-based and online gaming worlds.

“ICE London is experiencing the most successful period in its history,” said Dan Stone, Head of Marketing for ICE London organizer Clarion Events. “Despite the continued program of mergers and acquisitions taking place in the industry, ICE continues to grow both in terms of the net floor space it occupies and the number of exhibiting companies which choose London as the place to launch products and services to an international audience.

“As well as existing exhibitors taking additional space, we are delighted to welcome those companies who will be attending ICE London for the first time. It’s an important part of what keeps ICE London fresh and exciting and we know the ability to meet with potential new suppliers resonates with our international visitor base.”

Inside Asian Gaming will once again have a team on the ground at ICE, so be sure to come and visit at Booth ND9-C.
