Aristocrat Leisure Limited has announced the nomination of Philippe Etienne as a new non-executive director of the company, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.
Etienne brings extensive experience to the role, including four years as Managing Director and CEO of Australian disruptive technology firm Innovia Security Pty Ltd and eight years in various executive roles with mining company Orica Limited.
He also boasts extensive experience on the boards of ASX listed firms and is currently Chairman of ANZ Terminals and a non-executive director of Lynas Corporation Limited and Cleanaway Waste Management Limited.
“Philippe’s nomination is a continuation of delivering on Aristocrat’s ongoing process of orderly Board renewal and succession planning,” said Aristocrat Chairman Neil Chatfield.
