Melco Resorts & Entertainment has announced a pay increase for non-management employees of between 7.5% and 2.5%, effective from 1 April 2019.
The pay increase will see full-time non-management employees earning a monthly base salary including tips of up to MOP$13,000 receive a MOP$600 per month increase and those earning over MOP$13,000 receive an increase of 2.5% on their base salary.
This latest pay rise comes just three weeks after Melco announced a one month discretionary bonus for eligible employees before Chinese New Year. The company revealed on Thursday that the bonus has now been paid.
“We thank our colleagues for their continued dedication,” said Melco Chairman and CEO Lawrence Ho. “Together as a team we strive to bring world-class, memorable entertainment, hospitality and dining experiences to our guests in Macau, to contribute to the exciting advancements in the Greater Bay Area.”
