IGT’s Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance & Risk Management Officer, Luke Orchard, has been elected as President of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM).
Orchard, who has held various leadership roles within AGEM – most recently as Vice President – and other key gaming advocacy groups will serve a two-year term effective immediately.
Commenting on his appointment, AGEM Executive Director Marcus Prater said, “Luke is an outstanding gaming and lottery leader who continues to leverage his extensive industry knowledge and influence to further AGEM’s mission of promoting the interests of gaming equipment suppliers throughout the world. He has been an integral member of the AGEM leadership team for many years and we are excited the Board of Directors asked him to expand the scope of his influence as he takes on the role of AGEM President.”
