With PromoNet 2.0, FutureLogic is taking the marketing power of couponing to a whole new level
FutureLogic has chosen G2E Asia as the platform to launch version 2.0 of its PromoNet Intelligent Promotional Couponing Solution at Stand 1027.
“We’re excited to be launching version 2.0 of PromoNet at G2E Asia,” says Alfred Hwee, FutureLogic’s business development manager for the Asia-Pacific region. “It demonstrates the importance of Macau and the wider Asian market and FutureLogic’s commitment to the region.”
FutureLogic has added a number of new capabilities to the versatile PromoNet. Says Mr Hwee, “The main enhancements of version 2.0 include new systems connectivity, an advanced mobile couponing-issuance and redemption capability, the system’s ‘network-less’ solution, as well as a host of other new features and configuration options to accommodate both large and small operations.”
The PromoNet Couponing Solution has been designed to meet the demanding and varied requirements of any gaming operation when it comes to marketing and promotional couponing by providing the tools to achieve a greater level of effectiveness and profitability. PromoNet is an easy-to-use closed-loop solution. It designs, downloads, issues and redeems promotions in real time based on game-play-related, player-specific and host-assisted triggers, delivering promotions and rewards to carded, noncarded, anonymous and new players. This is achieved via real-time connectivity to gaming machines, player-tracking and slot accounting systems and mobile devices.
“What makes the PromoNet solution unique is its ability to reward anonymous and new players based on their play performance,” says John Edmunds, vice president International Markets. “PromoNet not only identifies these new players, unknown to the casino, but also monitors and rewards their play behavior, incentivizing them to join the players club by printing a ‘join-up’ offer, related to their spend, directly into their hands.”
Scalable, Web-enabled, PromoNet can be deployed in any size environment, offering effective and easy deployment for smaller, independent and single-site properties, even those with only a handful of slots, as well as large, multi-site, multi-revenue gaming environments with casinos, restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and an online presence. It allows both to target increased foot traffic, repeat business and extended play in specific floor areas or banks of machines—with or without a network. For bigger operations, one of the system’s strongest characteristics is its cross-marketing capabilities. From the slot floor to the property’s food and beverage outlets, shops, entertainment facilities or online gaming offerings— all can be included in the PromoNet Marketing Solution.
“Combined with its multi-lingual capability, it will greatly facilitate casino operators’ player rewards programs across land-based and online gaming venues,” notes Mr Edmunds. FutureLogic will also present its award-winning GEN2 Universal thermal printer, a market leader in Asia and around the world, and the state-of-the-art GEN3 Evolution printer with its photographic-quality printing capabilities. Both are compatible with the PromoNet Intelligent Promotional Couponing Solution.
FutureLogic will also display its revolutionary TableXchange solution, which enables players to use cash-out vouchers at table games. TableXchange connects table games to a casino’s existing TITO network, creating a common currency across the casino.
