SJM Holdings Ltd. intends to add three-star rooms to its hotels in Macau to make it more affordable for Chinese gamblers to “stay and play” reports the Macau Daily Times.
The newspaper quoted Niall Murray, Director of Operations Development at the company’s flagship Casino Grand Lisboa, speaking at this week’s Asian Casino and Gaming Congress held in Singapore by Beacon Events.
“There is an over-abundance of four- and five-star rooms in Macau,” stated Mr Murray.
