Wynn Macau has announced it will grant eligible employees a Special Allowance equal to one month’s salary in a move it says will benefit 96.7% of its 11,180 employees. The Special Allowance is due to be paid on 31 January 2024 to eligible employees in grades 3 to 8 at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace.
Wynn noted, “The dedication, perseverance and sense of care by all Wynn team members amid an eventful and rewarding year had an invaluable impact on the company, supporting its continued growth and the successful awarding of a new 10-year gaming concession agreement.
“This bonus is being awarded to show the company’s appreciation to all employees for their collective efforts and contribution.”
Linda Chen, President and Vice Chairman of the Board of Wynn Macau Ltd, added, “We are confident in the outlook for 2024 as we continue with plans to introduce more exciting world-class events and projects.
“We sincerely appreciate the heartfelt efforts of each team member and their shared commitment to service excellence, which together nurture and sustain the exceptional culture and customer-centric mindset that sets Wynn apart.”
