Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited was one of three concessionaires to announce a discretionary bonus for eligible employees, with a one-month bonus to be paid to all Macau employees before Chinese New Year. The company has also pledged to increase the salaries of eligible Macau-based non-management employees by 2.5%, with effect from 1 April.
“The Company is pleased to present discretionary bonuses and salary increases to eligible non-management colleagues in recognition of their tireless efforts, loyalty and contributions to the company,” said Melco Chairman and CEO, Lawrence Ho.
“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our colleagues for upholding Melco’s commitment to service excellence and for bringing unforgettable travel and leisure experiences to our guests.”
