Grand Lisboa Palace, the HK$39 billion (US$5 billion) integrated resort recently opened by SJM Holdings in Cotai, will soon open two new restaurants, the company said Wednesday.
The restaurants are Japanese Izakaya Kulu Kulu, which will open its doors on 22 September, and Chinese Hot pot Red Bowl, to open on 30 September.
Kulu Kulu is described as a relaxed venue for dining and socializing, serving Robata grill, sushi, ramen, tempura and bento boxes.
Red Bowl offers a three-in-one culinary concept for Sichuan and Hunan cuisines offering hot pot, a la carte dishes and a refined tea programme
Both restaurants are casual retreats situated on the ground floor of GLP.
More dining venues are due to open progressively over the coming months, including a haute cuisine Cantonese restaurant, a Shanghainese restaurant and a Michelin-starred restaurant concept from Italy.
GLP opened on 30 July with 150 mass market gaming tables in its casino, plus around 300 hotel rooms, a wellness center, indoor and outdoor event space covering and a handful of F&B outlets.
