Former Melco Resorts executive Constance Hsu has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer of Cambodian-based casino operator Jin Bei Group.
Incorporated in Phnom Penh, Jin Bei Group operates Jin Bei Casino & Hotel – one of Sihanoukville’s largest integrated resort developments at seven storeys and covering 16,500 square meters.
“I am very excited to join the company and work with the team to transform Cambodia’s southern coastal city of Sihanoukville into the country’s leading casino hotspot,” Hsu told Inside Asian Gaming.
“I really appreciate the opportunity given and the confidence placed in me by the Chairman of Jin Bei Group.
“Despite Cambodian’s recent decision regarding online gaming, we look forward to building great properties to make the land of opportunity an international tourist and vacation destination.”
Jin Bei Casino & Hotel comprises 2,000 square meters of gaming floor, including three VIP salons, 50 EGMs and 33 gaming tables offering multiple game choices such as Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Texas Hold’em.
The hotel has four VIP rooms plus 42 single and double deluxe rooms alongside a Chinese restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, spa, sky garden and limousine services.
Jin Bei Casino & Hotel opened its door to the public in 2017 and was the first casino establishment by Jin Bei Group. The company will launch Phases 2 and 3 in the next six months.
Hsu has been a member of the official judging panel for IAG’s 2019 Asian Gaming Power 50 for the past two years.
Her previous roles with Melco Resorts include President of Mocha Clubs and General Manager of Altira Macau.
