Inside Asian Gaming has officially launched IAG Japan today with the release of the company’s first bilingual version of monthly print magazine IAG and a Japanese-language version of IAG Breakfast Briefing titled IAG Daily Briefing.
The January edition of IAG Japan, which can be viewed by clicking here, is published in Japanese and English and will be distributed throughout Japan. Each issue of IAG Japan will feature a number of articles focusing specifically on the country’s IR industry each month.
IAG Daily Briefing will also be sent to Japanese readers at midday Japan time every business day, starting today, with all articles to be found at the new IAG Japan website, located here.
In launching IAG Japan and IAG Daily Briefing in 2019, Inside Asian Gaming has hired a team of native Japanese-language journalists based on the ground in Japan as well as a high quality Japanese translation team, significantly expanding the company’s Japan presence and expertise.
IAG announced in December that it has signed an MOU and Cooperation Agreement with Japan’s leading B2B hotel and restaurant industry media brand, Ohta Publications Co., Ltd, that will see the two organizations work together on the development of media to cover Japan’s Integrated Resort (IR) industry.
Ohta Publications is publisher of the highly-acclaimed HOTERES magazine for Japan’s hotel and restaurant industries.
The agreement provides for a number of cooperation initiatives such as content and editorial space exchanges, information and business contact sharing, distribution list development, cross-jurisdictional operations cooperation and business costs minimization.
