In addition, 43% of venues say they feel like they have a partnership with Keno. “ Ke n o a n d o u r v e n u e s who offer the game to their customers are an integral part of The Lottery Corporation and its future success,” Mr Malek said. “Our venue partners believe they have a good relationship with Keno already. The growing strength of Keno’s partnerships is evidenced by 7% more venues viewing Keno as a strategic or business partner since 2018. “ Th e s e a r e h e a r t e n i n g resu l t s for the Keno team, which worked closely with its venue partners during the 2021 lockdowns and trading restrictions.” Ma l e k i s t r a n s f i xe d on continuing to build on previous successes. “I really want to maintain the momentum the Keno team has built over the last couple of years,” he explains. “We currently have a strong performing and successful team, however my goal is to further foster a culture of integrity and customer centricity to take Keno above and beyond. “ P r o g r e s s i n g p o s i t i v e initiatives underway and taking the time to listen to your partner is the bedrock of any good business relationship, so the Keno team are looking forward to connecting with some of our venues at AGE this year.
