He is the Substitute AML Compliance Officer of MGM overseeing anti- money laundering, anti-corruption, conflict of interest, code of conducts and background screening matters of MGM. Prior to joining MGM, Vincent was the Senior Manager of the Corporate Investigations Department of Wynn Macau Limited from 2004 to 2009, responsible for KYC, whistle- blowing policy and due diligence practices. Beforefocusingoncompliancepractice,VincentworkedintheHongKongSARGovernment as Executive Officer, with posting to the Constitutional Affairs Bureau, among others. He graduated from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and obtained a Berkeley Reciprocity Scholarship from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996/97.
