In 2014, he founded Quiles Law, which exclusively services the global esports industry. Given the ever-evolving and international nature of esports, Roger’s work is interdisciplinary, regularly advising on business, entertainment, intellectual property, corporate, and M&A matters. His clients include the two largest esports news media platforms, international teams, world champion players, influential content creators, professional athletes, talent agencies and the many kinds of businesses who service the space. Beyond his legal work, Roger is on the board of directors of Latinx in Gaming and is an advisory board member and adjunct professor of law at the National Sports Law Institute at Marquette University Law School.
