32 G2E ASIA CONFERENCE 2023 | ASGAM.COM SPEAKER PROFILE LUCAS CAI VP of Gaming Operations Lucas is the Vice President of Gaming Operations for INSPIRE Entertainment Resort in Incheon, South Korea. In his role, he is responsible for driving the strategic direction of gaming operations including strategic positioning, product mix, customer experience, and its integration with the rest of the property. Prior to INSPIRE, Lucas was with Marina Bay Sands for a decade, taking on a range of roles during his tenure. His latest role as VP of Casino Operations has him overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gaming floor. A Singaporean, Lucas holds a Bachelor of Economics from Nanyang Technological University.
