His most recent Asia experience includes teaching Comparative Asia Gaming Law as Adjunct Professor of Law at UNLV Boyd School of Law, Las Vegas, and as Counsel for the Asia Practice at Wilson Elser LawFirm inNewYork. He is admitted to the NewYork andNew Jersey Bars and is a CPA. Smolarz received a JD from Seton Hall Law School and a BBA with high honors from Baruch College, School of Business.
