David directs, operates and oversees the business results in Macau to ensure strategy formulation, execution and their outcomes. Prior to his current role, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sands China Limited in Macau, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Las Vegas & Encore in Las Vegas, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and spent many years auditing gaming companies across the United States (particularly Las Vegas) for Coopers & Lybrand. He has over 30 years of working experience in operating and financial roles in the integrated resort gaming and hospitality industry including the last 13 years working in Macau and Singapore. He has been involved in multiple builds and property openings from design, development, construction and opening while transitioning to long term operations after opening the properties. David has a long history of ensuring, managing and operating extremely successful and compliant operations in multiple jurisdictions. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States and a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant and Certified Practicing Accountant in Australia. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nevada Society Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia. He has been licensed in multiple gaming jurisdictions including Nevada, Macau and Singapore. 議程
