He uses analytics and artificial intelligence to solve many of the casino industry’s most difficult problems including marketing automation, fraud detection and regulator assurance. differential labs works with many of the largest gaming companies globally. Clayton has held senior strategic roles at casino companies in Las Vegas, Macau and Australia. He first moved to the region in 2007, initially managing Strategic Marketing at The Venetian Macao for Sands China and most recently as the Vice President of Casino Marketing with Wynn Macau. He has been deeply involved in opening many of Macau’s most successful Integrated Resorts including: The Venetian Macao, City of Dreams, and Wynn Palace. Clayton also managed one of the largest casino loyalty programs globally. In addition to managing analytics, Clayton has held corporate development roles with Crown Resorts in Australia. At Crown, Clayton helped manage corporate business development in markets as varied as Sri Lanka, Las Vegas, Vietnam and Japan. He is a recognized leader in casino analytics with numerous published articles in industry and academic journals; and is a frequent speaker on casino analytics and artificial intelligence. In 2013, Clayton was included in the American Gaming Association’s inaugural 40 under 40 list. He holds a degree in Hotel Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. 議程
