His track record includes Disney, Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Caesars Palace, and The Venetian Las Vegas. Niall led the pre-opening, critical path and operations development process in Macau as a Senior Director at Sands Macao, as Vice President of Operations Development for The Venetian, Director of Operations Development at SJM, and as Strategic Development Consultant for MGM China. Niall was born in Dublin, Ireland, is a US Passport Holder and Resident of Macau. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants, and a member of the Project Management Institute.
