Kenneth has been involved in numerous listed company forensic investigations involving asset misappropriation, unauthorized guarantee and various kinds of financial statement fraud, and assisted suspended trading companies to resume trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK). Besides forensic investigations, Kenneth is also a computer forensics specialist. He has provided digital forensics and eDiscovery services to multinational companies based in the UK, US, Hong Kong and the PRC. He has led his team to conduct computer forensic engagements for a number of Hong Kong listed companies. Kenneth is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a director of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Hong Kong Chapter. 議程
