Gushin has worked with a variety of private-sector and governmental clients throughout the United States, the Caribbean, South America, Asia and Europe on a wide range of issues. He has served clients worldwide including in Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Bermuda, US Virgin Islands, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Saipan, Guam, South Korea and the Philippines. Gushin has managed Spectrum’s engagements including feasibility and marketing studies, public policy analysis, drafting of gaming laws and regulation, financial analysis and casino related investigations for governments and private sector clients. He has directed all of Spectrum’s prior Asian engagements including Spectrum’s 18-year regulatory association with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Singapore Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA), formerly the Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA). He also served a 14-month consultancy for the Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission as gaming advisor. 議程
