Wednesday 12 July, 11:10 – 12:00 從高端客戶過渡到中場和非博彩客戶： 顛簸還是平坦？ 7月12日星期三，11:10–12:00 Panel session: DAVIS FONG 馮家超 Director of Institute for the Study of Commercial Gaming, Professor of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management, Faculty of Business Administration 博彩研究所所長、工商管理學院綜合度假村及旅遊管理學教授 University of Macau 澳門大學 馮家超博士現任澳門大學博彩研究所所長、澳門大學工商管理學 院綜合度假村及旅遊管理學教授。馮教授曾為澳門特區政府不同 部門完成超過五十項研究計劃。 馮教授研究興趣包括：博彩對社會及經濟影響、華人博彩行為、賭 博失調、負責任博彩、旅客消費及行為、娛樂場營運、旅遊管理等。 馮教授目前是澳門特區政府經濟發展委員會顧問、統計諮詢委員 會委員（澳門大學代表）。馮教授亦曾獲澳門特區行政長官委任為 澳門立法會第六屆（2017~2021年）立法議員。 Dr Davis Fong is the Director of Institute for the Study of Commercial Gaming as well as Professor of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management, at the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Macau. Prof. Fong has been responsible for more than 50 gambling and tourism related research projects for the Macau SAR Government. Pursuit of academic interest has led him to study in different aspects of gambling and related issues, such as social and economic impacts of gambling, Chinese gambler behavior, gambling disorder, responsible gambling, visitor profile studies, casino operations, tourism management and more. Prof. Fong has been appointed by the Government as a Consultant of the Economic Development Committee since 2017, and as a member of the Consultative Committee of Statistics, MSAR since 2015 (UM Representative). Prof. Fong was appointed by the Chief Executive as a former Deputy of the Sixth Legislative Assembly of Macau (2017-2021). 議程
