His practice is dedicated to advising clients on complex commercial, regulatory and financial disputes. James has particular expertise in contentious regulatory, fraud and anti-money laundering matters and he has acted for various major financial institutions, asset managers, brokerages and gaming companies in investigations conducted by the Securities and Futures Commission, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Independent Commission Against Corruption and the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police. The matters he has acted on also often involve significant cross- border elements and co-ordinating regional responses to regulatory investigations across the Asia Pacific region. 議程
