Bograd teaches and frequently speaks on topics in the area of regulation with an emphasis on the importance of implementing sustainable governance structures in global businesses. She is the founding principal of the Sandra Bograd Group, a Corporate Governance Advisory based in New York and Asia Pacific, and has previously held C-Suite roles in global financial service companies.
