Gushin hasmanaged Spectrum’s regulatory and gaming advisory engagements throughout Asia, including in Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia and the Philippines. He has also managed Spectrum’s 18- year gaming-related regulatory association with the Government of Singapore.
