He was previously Executive Commissioner and CEO of the Victorian State gaming regulator in Australia where he was responsible for all aspects of gambling regulation in Victoria. Peter was on the Board of the International Association of Gaming Regulators from 2005 to 2010 and was Chairman in 2009-10.
