Wynn Macau, The Venetian, SJM and MGM are seeking the damages from Chan and other defendants due to revenue they claim to have lost as a result of Tak Chun allegedly allowing betting under the table to take place in its Macau VIP rooms. According to information tendered to the court, Wynn Macau is demanding MOP$48.25million (US$6.0million), Venetian MOP$46.99 million (US$5.9 million), SJM MOP$35.65 million (US$4.4 million) and MGM MOP$3.83 million (US$477,000). The Macau government is also seeking MOP$575 million in damages from them.
