IAG NOV 2022年11月 亞博匯 140 competition introduced the contestants from each country on stage one by one, I felt like I waited for a long time. When the host introduced the representative from Macau, I just saw a strong white light in front of me and I only remember stepping on and off the stage. The seven-minute competition seemed to be over in just a second, and I only managed to pull it off and completed a cocktail due to muscle memory and subconsciousness. IAG: What are your future expectations? LL: Although I failed to win any accolades for Macau on both occasions, I learned a lot from these experiences and I’m determined to look for more opportunities for bartenders in Macau to participate in overseas competitions and improve their skills. I believe one day Macau bartenders can win various awards in cocktail competitions on the global stage. 2011年籌備，2012年正式成立。直至本 年已經有十年之久，雖然說不上會務昌 盛，但過程中為澳門本地及外國調酒師 們帶給美好回憶。 UBCM於2012年開始舉辦澳門區調酒 大賽，隨著本澳酒店業界及餐飲業界發 展的需求，吸引不少外國調酒師來澳工 作，澳門行家的調酒技巧和水平亦越來 越高。 IAG：您曾到哥本哈根參與雞尾酒的比 賽，這段經歷對您來說有何幫助？ LEO： 能夠兩度代表澳門參與由國際調 酒師協會(IBA)舉辦的世界調酒大賽，我 感到光榮。 整個比賽過程十分緊張，聽到主持逐一 介紹各國參賽者上台時，等待中的我感 覺非常漫長，直至到呼叫出澳門代表的 時刻，我眼前的只有一道白光，腦海中 亦只有步行到台上以及下台的記憶，7分 鐘的比賽時間就好像一瞬間就結束，全 憑訓練多次的肌肉記憶及潛意識完成整 個調酒過程。 IAG：您對未來的期望？ LEO： 雖然我兩度均未能為澳爭光，但獲 益良多。這些經歷促使我立志要為澳門同 行謀取更多更好的海外比賽和學習機會， 我相信總會有一天，澳門這個名字能在世 界級舞台上斬獲各個調酒獎項。 INDUSTRY PROFILE
