IAG NOV 2022年11月 亞博匯 140 competition introduced the contestants from each country on stage one by one, I felt like I waited for a long time. When the host introduced the representative from Macau, I just saw a strong white light in front of me and I only remember stepping on and off the stage. The seven-minute competition seemed to be over in just a second, and I only managed to pull it off and completed a cocktail due to muscle memory and subconsciousness. IAG: What are your future expectations? LL: Although I failed to win any accolades for Macau on both occasions, I learned a lot from these experiences and I’m determined to look for more opportunities for bartenders in Macau to participate in overseas competitions and improve their skills. LEO: 能夠兩度代表澳門參與由國際調 酒師協會(IBA)舉辦的世界調酒大賽,我 感到光榮。 整個比賽過程十分緊張,聽到主持逐一 介紹各國參賽者上台時,等待中的我感 覺非常漫長,直至到呼叫出澳門代表的 時刻,我眼前的只有一道白光,腦海中 亦只有步行到台上以及下台的記憶,7分 鐘的比賽時間就好像一瞬間就結束,全 憑訓練多次的肌肉記憶及潛意識完成整 個調酒過程。 IAG:您對未來的期望? LEO: 雖然我兩度均未能為澳爭光,但獲 益良多。這些經歷促使我立志要為澳門同 行謀取更多更好的海外比賽和學習機會, 我相信總會有一天,澳門這個名字能在世 界級舞台上斬獲各個調酒獎項。 INDUSTRY PROFILE
