IAG NOV 2020年11月 亞博匯 46 MEET THE PANEL CONSTANCE HSU Director, Cheng Ying Group 徐靜慧 承穎集團董事 CONSTANCE HSU has over 10 years of direct involvement in a broad set of gaming industry disciplines. She joined Mocha at its founding in 2003, starting out as a financial controller and rising quickly through management ranks to become chief administrative officer. There, she oversaw finance, treasury, audit, legal compliance, procurement and human resources. In 2008, she was named president of Mocha, becoming one of only a handful of women to rise to the executive ranks in Macau’s gaming industry. From December 2013 to January 2017, Constance served as the general manager of Altira Macau, Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited’s first casino in Macau. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2011, she was honored with the award of Inspiration of the Year at the Women in Gaming Awards held in London. Constance graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from Seattle University, a master’s degree in business administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a doctorate degree in economics from Beijing Normal University. 徐靜慧女士 在博彩行業擁有超過10年的直接從業經驗。 她從2003年開始就一直在摩卡工作，最初擔任財務總監， 後被迅速晉升為首席行政官。她在摩卡工作時負責監督財務、審 計、法律合規、採購和人力資源管理。 2008年，她被任命為摩卡總裁，成為澳門博彩業為數不多的 幾位女性高管之一。 從2013年12月至2017年1月，徐靜慧曾擔任新濠博亞娛樂 有限公司旗下澳門新濠鋒總經理，新濠鋒是新濠博亞娛樂在澳 門開設的首間賭場酒店。 徐靜慧是美國註冊會計師協會及香港會計師公會會員。 2011年，徐靜慧榮獲倫敦女子博彩獎頒發的年度具啟發獎。 徐靜慧擁有美國西雅圖大學文學學士學位、香港科技大學 工商管理碩士學位及北京師範大學經濟學博士學位。
