IAG SEP 2020年9月 亞博匯 108 INDUSTRY PROFILE OG: What is the most rewarding part of your job? DS: This is an easy one for me. It can take months, if not years, to develop signature scents, alongside countless meetings, amendments by the perfumers and trials to get final approval, but when you walk into a client’s lobby or gaming floor and experience the fragrance, and see other people doing the same, it really does make you smile. OG: What do you like to do to relax when you are not working? DS: Well, being Scottish I like nothing more than a beer and watching some live sport at the weekends. I am probably Macau’s biggest (and maybe only) Everton fan. I have also been the President of the Macau Lightning AFL team for the past seven years. This has been a life changing experience for me. I’ve met so many great and lifelong friends and travelled around Asia playing tournaments and games. 場地、餐廳，還有公共服務等。為我而言，澳門現在已經踏 上了正確的道路，並且是一個在居住及作為基地方面都十 分扣人心弦的地方。 OG:這份工作為你而言最有得著的地方是甚麼？ DS: 這條問題為我而言很容易回答，要發展出一種專屬的 個人香氣可能需要幾個月甚至幾年的時間，當中還包括了 無數的會議、由香水師作出的修改，以及在得到最後首肯 之前的多次試驗。但當你走進一位客戶的大堂或者博彩區 域去親身體驗那種香氣，並且看見其他人都在做同一樣的 事情時，那實在是一個會讓你會心微笑的時刻。 OG:當你不在工作時會做甚麼去放鬆呢？ DS: 作為一個蘇格蘭人，在週末喝著啤酒觀看體育賽事實 在是我的最愛。我可能是澳門最熱心(或者是唯一)的愛華 頓支持者，並且在過去七年擔任了澳門澳洲足球隊的主 席。這為我實在是足以改變生命的經驗，我結識了非常多 很好而且友誼深厚的朋友，並曾到訪過亞洲不同地方去參 加比賽。
