MGS is the first large-scale gaming and entertainment exhibition hosted by Macau, for Macau, and aims to provide local enterprises with a platform for communication and cooperation to promote local equipment suppliers. It also looks to expand cooperation with international gaming and entertainment industry organizations in order to create a “Macau Brand”. With Macau celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 20th anniversary of the handover back to China in 2019, MGS Entertainment Show will include a special exhibition area in which participants can learn about the cultural characteristics of Macau and its special connection to the mainland while enjoying a new and entertaining experience. It is the latest in a series of innovations launched at MGS over the years. Originally known as the Macau Gaming Show when it was first held in 2013, MGS Entertainment Show has expanded its unique offerings each and every year including the addition of the the slot machine experience area, diversifying the theme of the annual MGS Summit and introducing a range of non-gaming exhibitors to better reflect the many contributors to Macau’s integrated resorts.
