IAG MAY 2019年5月 亞博匯 21 HUIS TEN BOSCH AGREES TO LAND SALE IF NAGASAKI IR BID SUCCESSFUL THE Huis Ten Bosch theme park in Sasebo City has announced that it has entered into a basic agreement to sell part of its land for facility construction if Nagasaki Prefecture succeeds in its IR bid. The site earmarked for sale is a plot of 30 hectares where the Hotel Europe, Forest Villa and other buildings are currently standing. The actual value of the sale is yet to be decided. President of Huis Ten Bosch, Hideo Sawada, has stated that the park “will not be participating as an operator, but if there is a request we may be involved in part of the facility’s operations.” In a bonus to an IR bid, he added, “we would expect it to be able to attract between one and two million visitors annually.” Nagasaki prefecture launched a plan to strengthen its case for an IR from the new fiscal year and Governor Hodo Nakamura stressed, “The land earmarked for purchase faces the sea and is a place of great beauty.” 豪登斯堡樂園同意若長崎縣 成功進行IR競標將出售土地 位於 日本佐世保市的豪登斯堡主題樂園宣布，若長崎縣成功進行IR競 標，將出售樂園部份土地用以建設設施。 計劃出售的土地面積為30公頃、現為歐洲酒店（Hotel Europe）、 森林別墅酒店（Forest Villa）等建築的位置，實際交易金額尚待確定。 豪登斯堡總裁澤田秀雄表示：「樂園將不會作為營運商參與運營， 但若有需要，我們可參與該設施的部份運營。」 就IR競標他表示：「我們期待若競標成功，每年將吸引100到200 萬訪客。」 長崎縣政府計劃從新的財政年度開始，將啟動一項針對IR競標的 項目，長崎縣知事中村法道表示：「計劃購買的土地面朝大海，是個非 常美麗的地方。」
