The awards categories for 2019 include 10 awards that were presented at the G2E Asia Awards in 2018 plus two new categories – Best Regional Asian IR and Best IR Non- Gaming Attraction. With Galaxy Macau named Best Integrated Resort in 2018 and Asia’s biggest gaming cities offering numerous other leading contenders to fight it out for the top prize again this year, the Best Regional IR award aims to recognize the achievements of top performing IRs from outside of Asia’s leading casino hubs of Macau and Singapore. The Best IR Non-Gaming Attraction is a nod to the full scale of today’s integrated resorts and the importance of providing guests with a complete entertainment experience both on, and away from, the casino floor.
