In addition to the E-Baccarat tables and LT terminals at Casino MJC are three of LT’s Intelligent Cash Access kiosks, which not only convert tickets to cash, like other kiosk products on the market, but also go one step further by allowing players to convert stacks of cash into tickets. “The players can then take the tickets and play wherever they want, and after they’re done playing they can redeem money from the Cash Access machines,” explains Ms Zhao, who adds that the ticket in/ticket out machines on the E-Baccarat tables are also manufactured by LT itself. All these products and more will be on display at the LT Game stand at this year’s G2E Asia. “We’ll also exhibit a never-before- seen concept of live table betting that allows experienced players to place bets really fast,” reveals Ms Zhao, though the company’s keeping further details about that product firmly under wraps until the show. Bright and impressive colors like gold and silver, which are favorites of Asian customers, were difficult to make using standard chip materials, but they are available now from us.” The sample color kit for the new colors will be offered free of charge to casino customers by request. “It is made using some kind of very unique material which is difficult to copy so that the product itself is very secure,“ says Mr Machida, adding, “If you are looking for something different or impressive for your new set of chips, this should be the right choice.” Matsui is alsohighlighting its customized table layouts. The company produces around 5,000 of these a year, and has capacity to accommodate small and urgent last-minute orders from customers. Matsui’s design team is on hand to assist them in creating layout artwork incorporating special logos, event themes and commemorative designs. Matsui also welcomes requests for trial samples from new layout customers. In addition to chips and layouts, Matsui also supplies table accessories, including playing cards, a unique card-shredding machine, roulette wheels and winning results displays. The Matsui group, headquartered in Tokyo, specializes in the manufacture and sale of gaming chips and layouts (both wool and synthetic). Its subsidiary serving Asian markets outside Japan and Korea, Macau-based Matsui Asia Ltd, is part of a global network also spanning Europe and the Americas. Its chips and layouts are used by more than 700 casinos in more than 100 countries, and in addition to Macau, the group has sales offices in Manchester, England, Moscow, Las Vegas and Seoul. All of Matsui’s manufacturing takes place at facilities it has 100% ownership of, ensuring its supply chain is fully secured. The company prides itself on its competitive pricing and speedy response to customers’ needs. Mr Machida sees big opportunities for the company in Asia over the coming months and years. “We started our factory for gaming chips and layouts in 2001 and opened our Macau office in 2006,” he says. “The volume of business in Asia has been growing every year and we have had to expand our manufacturing facility several times as a result. Now Matsui chips and layouts are recognized as a major and reliable brand in the industry and customers appreciate the quality of our products and the level of our service.” Visit Matsui at Stand #859 The new machines at Casino MJC bring the count of LT Game terminals around Macau to 3,239, including installations last month at MGM Macau and Wynn Macau.
