Inside Asian Gaming

The Macau casino market is the most intensive in terms of cardutilization in theworld—andcurrently, it’s dominated by a rival manufacturer. What are you doing to build your presence in Macau? We are excited to have incorporated our company in Macau in November of 2011 and hired Adam McGregor as our regional sales executive based there. Three traits will make Adam successful for USPC: his experience on the casino operations side of the business, his experience with the supply of casino products, and his dedication to delivering the best customer experience possible. Along with Austin Ao, a USPC veteran of three and a half years with excellent technical and customer service skills, the USPC team is positioning itself for the long term in Macau and Asia. To that end, we are expanding our operations by adding another GLI-certified random, factory preshuffle production line. These lines, custom-made for USPC, remove as much of the human element of card production as possible and provide for the most secure, highest quality factory preshuffle cards available. What do you see as the big growth opportunities in Asia for your company over the next few years? We are focusing on all the major licensed markets in Asia. Of course, the sheer size of Macau along with our abilities to supply the products and required volumes to service that market has us focusing there. With our history, manufacturing capabilities and our dedication to listening and delivering to the customer, we’re confident we can quickly provide solutions to this and any other market that requires a robust and reliable supply chain to protect their investments. What will you be highlighting at G2E Asia? We invite everyone to our booth at G2E Asia at the end of May to see our next generation baccarat dealing shoe as well as providing our team the opportunity to meet with the operators and discuss how genuine BEE™ gaming products can deliver security and quality to casino card games. USPC will be at Stand # 842 at G2E Asia, held 22-24 May at The Venetian Macao. Stable base—USPC’s global headquarters in Erlanger, Kentucky
