Sociedade de Jogos de Macau, S.A. (“SJM”) announced a salary increase for eligible employees between 2.5% to 9.1%, effective 1 April 2017. This year’s salary adjustment has local and junior employees as its main target. The salary increase also reflects SJM’s commitment to the development of local talent, despite the fact that the company is facing a challenging economic environment.
SJM’s employment policy gives priority to local residents, who currently comprise over 95% of the company’s workforce.
