Clayton Peister is the Managing Director of Differential, a management consultancy advising casino companies on the adoption of analytics and AI. He has managed analytics and marketing departments at major integrated resorts across the globe. At Differential, the team has developed AI- driven solutions addressing marketing strategy, reinvestment efficiency, fraud detection and operational optimization. Clayton holds a degree from UNLV.

Matt Ballesty has 30 years of experience in NSW Clubs and Integrated Resorts (IRs). He is highly respected leader having held executive and strategic roles in internationally listed companies across Macau, Canada, NZ and Australia. In recent years he founded Three Points Consulting, an advisory firm offering expert guidance to boards and senior management, and is Co-Founder of Auto-M8, an innovative company specializing in AI, automation and robotics.
