Inside Asian Gaming’s Vice Chairman and CEO Andrew W Scott will deliver a special presentation at a Breakfast Meeting organized by the France Macau Chamber of Commerce (FMCC) this morning, in which he will examine the re-tender process for Macau gaming licenses.
Titled, “Macau Gaming Concessions: The Tender Requirements, Who Will Win and Why, and What Does The Future Hold?”, Andrew’s talk is described as a “nothing-held-back” analysis of the tenderers, where he sees the industry heading and why.
This follows his recent IAG article titled “Macau has fallen” in which Andrew stated without hesitation, “It’s time to make this declaration for the global gaming industry. The harsh reality is that Macau – the undisputed king since surpassing Las Vegas in gross gaming revenue (GGR) in 2007 – is king no more.”
Andrew’s presentation will focus on a series of key questions, including: How will the tender process play out and what is the government requiring? Who are the likely tenderers and potential winners? How will the industry look in the years ahead?
