Live gaming equipment supplier TCSJohnHuxley is set to acquire leading dice manufacturer Midwest Game Supply Inc (MWGS) after signing an irrevocable undertaking to purchase all issued and outstanding shares.
The acquisition follows a decision by current MWGS owners Charles and Linda Sohm to retire, with TCSJohnHuxley stating it “aligns perfectly with the company’s vision to become the premier supplier of live table games to the North American market, following the acquisition of the GPI table, layout and accessories product lines in 2020.”
MWGS manufactures and supplies dice, table layouts and other gaming equipment to casinos globally, including in Asia.
“My brother Michael and myself are delighted with this deal to acquire Midwest Game Supply,” said TCSJohnHuxley Executive Chairman, Tristan Sjöberg.
“Linda and Charles have established a strong company that is committed to excellence and admired by many. As a family run business ourselves, we understand the importance of these values and therefore fully intend to uphold their legacy by continuing to run the business in the same spirit that they are well known for. We also look forward to working with their children who will continue working in the company.”
TCSJohnHuxley said the MWGS facility in Missouri will continue to operate as usual.
