Online platform provider Comtrade Gaming has announced a partnership with US-based G3 Esports that will see G3 utilize Comtrade’s iGaming Platform, iCore, for its new betting product.
G3 Esports is described as a full-service esports, gaming and entertainment agency that helps its partners navigate the emerging world of esports.
“Comtrade’s expertise in the online gaming industry is unmatched and we’re very excited to work with them to build a first-of-its-class offering for esports wagering,” said G3 Esports CEO Anthony Gaud.
Comtrade’s iCore is a leading iGaming platform used extensively by leading operators around the world.
Once launched, G3’s new wagering platform will leverage Comtrade’s enterprise-level services, such as player account management, real-time bonusing, dynamic segmentation, real-time push messaging and many more player engagement tools.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be working with G3 Esports and providing their iGaming platform” said Steven Valentine, Chief Commercial Officer of Comtrade.
“It’s very rare to find something truly new and unique in the gambling space but the proprietary eSports content that G3 are creating combined with how it will engage with players is absolutely breaking new ground. They have assembled a team of leading experts in many fields and we are very proud that this is our first platform partnership in the USA.
“At Comtrade we specialise in iGaming platform technology for leading operators where player retention and lifetime value is key. This allows our operators to focus their efforts on marketing, knowing that their backend technology is all taken care of.”
G3 Esports was founded by Anthony Gaud, an Emmy Award-winning entrepreneur and media executive with 25 years of experience working with top-level entertainment, gaming and technology companies, and Jim Hammerstedt, a private equity manager with experience raising capital for technology-based companies. Gaud’s professional history is highlighted with significant partnerships with The Walt Disney Company, NBC/Comcast, Microsoft Games, Hasbro, and Nexon South Korea.
