Mace Group has partnered with Tenman Project Management (Tpm) – the former in-house development and project management team of Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands – to create a new consultancy firm focusing on the Asia-Pacific region.
The MaceTpm team will cover a range of sectors, from hospitality and resorts to infrastructure and data centers. It will also look to expand into new markets such as the Philippines while consolidating services in Vietnam, Macau, Hong Kong and Singapore, the company said.
Mace’s International Managing Director for Consult, Davendra Dabasia, and Tpm directors Nick Boekel and Matthew Pryor will lead the new company’s executive team.
“The new alliance is part of Mace’s 2026 business strategy, where we set ourselves the bold ambitions of expanding internationally, cutting carbon emissions 10% year on year and increasing diversity by 10% year on year,” said Mace in announcing the partnership.
“To redefine the boundaries of ambition, we are introducing MaceTpm to the Asia Pacific market as a delivery focussed consultant, ready to take major projects and programmes to the next level for all our clients.
“Bringing delivery focus, international expertise and local knowledge, the MaceTpm partnership will deliver service excellence in programme and project management and advisory services for real estate and infrastructure clients in the region across public and private sectors.”
Aside from Marina Bay Sands, Tpm’s past projects are also said to include Philippines integrated resorts Solaire Resort & Casino and Marriott Widus Resort & Casino.
