G2E Asia and Inside Asian Gaming have announced the speakers for next week’s joint GAME/G2E Asia Online Conference, to be held from 16:00 to 17:30 (Macau time) on Tuesday 7 July 2020.

Following the theme “Roadmap to Growth” and focusing on innovation, Tuesday’s event will welcome EVP, Chief Creative and Brand Officer for Melco Resorts & Entertainment, Frederic Winckler, as keynote speaker.

Winckler will also appear on a panel discussion alongside IGT Asia’s Sales Director Michael Cheers and Jumbo Technology’s Associate Vice President of Business Development Allen Hsu, which will be followed by presentations from Hsu and IGT Asia’s John van Waard. More speaker details may be announced in the coming days.

Discussions will focus on opportunities and ideas for delivering innovation to the Asian IR industry in the midst of COVID-19.

The inaugural G2E Asia Online Conference will see IAG partner with G2E Asia through GAME, its online interactive business insights platform for the Asian gaming industry, which was launched in late March as a response to industry challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will also act as GAME5, but will be open to all comers rather than GAME members only. The partnership cements G2E Asia’s place as an official event partner of GAME.

The G2E Asia Online Conference, positioned as a response to COVID-19 to bring value to G2E Asia’s customer base, aims to connect casino operators and entertainment decision makers in Macau and Asia in an online environment. With the traditional land-based G2E Asia exhibition and conference, the online event will provide a valuable opportunity to share insights into upcoming industry trends and challenges, while exploring new opportunities.

The inaugural event will be hosted and moderated by IAG Vice Chairman and CEO Andrew W Scott.

Future G2E Asia Online Conference events will focus on enhancing customer experience (August), safety and security (September) and sports betting (October).

IAG’s involvement with the G2E Asia Online Conference is an extension of its close association with G2E Asia over the past 13 years. IAG is exclusive Lead Media Partner of G2E Asia, exclusive Lead Media Partner of G2E Asia @ the Philippines, publisher of the official show newspaper G2E Asia Daily, and co-organizer of the G2E Asia Awards.
