SkyCity Entertainment Group has unveiled a new luxury hotel brand, Eos by SkyCity, to be the centerpiece of its AU$330 million SkyCity Adelaide renovation.
Aimed at raising the bar for luxury hotel offerings in Adelaide, the 123-room Eos by SkyCity will provide a range of signature experiences for guests including in-room styling, post-flight treatments, personal training and an on-call mixologist providing an in-room custom cocktail service, the company announced on Wednesday. A team of chefs will also be on hand to prepare any meal upon request.
“Named for the Greek Goddess of Dawn, Eos is an embodiment of hope and optimism,” said Eos by SkyCity Adelaide General Manager Jodi Brown. “We are incredibly optimistic that the tourism industry will recover, and we are looking forward to Eos by SkyCity playing an important role in bringing visitors back to South Australia when the time is right.”
Due for completion in 2021, the SkyCity Adelaide revamp will feature a variety of new restaurants, bars and cafés, function space for 750 people, a 1,500-space car park and improved back-of-house facilities.
SkyCity said on Wednesday that work on the property is continuing with the curved façade of the building now complete and attention turning to the interior fit-out.
