VIP service provider Meg-Star Group has been granted SGS QualiCert Service Quality Certification – touted as a world-leading official sign of independently verified service quality – in recognition of the provision of luxury service at The Venetian Macao Meg-Star International Club.
In recognition of the honor, an SGS QualiCert Service Quality Certification Ceremony was held during Meg-Star Group’s Charity Night and Reunion Gala Dinner at The Venetian Macao on Sunday night.
The company said that The Venetian Macao Meg-Star International Club had fulfilled requirements for more than 260 service standards to be issued the certification, adding, “the Club is committed to providing the prestigious guests with a full range of exclusive services involving treating guests with a professional image and dedicated service, providing 24-hour limo service, account inquiry and booking, thereby being certified as the ‘Service Quality Certification.’ The scope covers multiple service departments such as concierge, VIP services and cage.”
Meg-Star Group CEO Ben Leong said the company’s core value was to “be customer-oriented and a pioneer for excellence.”
Nearly 2,000 guests from around the world attended Sunday’s Meg-Star Charity Night and Reunion Gala Dinner, including charity organizations, partners and customers. The theme of the event was “Love China and Love Macao” and saw a variety of young local singers and students perform for guests.
