Japan’s Sega Sammy Creation has secured its first Macau slot machine installation.
The company revealed on Wednesday that it would be releasing two new titles – the mahjong-themed “Fortune Tiles of Dragon” and 243-way “Moonlight Treasure” – in “one of the most prominent Macau properties” after successfully showing its products at G2E Asia in May.
“Fortune Tiles of Dragon” is described as a one-of-a-kind slot, with credit wins based on actual mahjong tile win combinations and two different patent-pending features – a Hold and Respin Feature and a Changing Reels Feature.
“Moonlight Treasure” is a 3×5-reel 243-way slot with a free-game feature that sees reels 2, 3 and 4 become expanding Wild symbols.
“Fortune Tiles of Dragon drew an overwhelming amount of interest at G2E Asia and this confirms our belief that our innovative games will drive new player engagement and provide new content to retain regular players as well,” said Masahiro Kurosaki, Sega Sammy Creation’s head of Asia sales.
“The company said it will release more titles into Asian markets in the coming months.
